Shipping policy

Domestic and International Delivery

We ship domestically within Australia and internationally. Orders are dispatched within 1 working day of confirmation.

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: Parcels are sent via Australia Post or other registered carriers chosen by us, with costs displayed at checkout if applicable.

  • Express Shipping: Available via Australia Post or registered carriers at additional cost, as shown at checkout.

  • International Shipping: Parcels are sent via Australia Post or registered carriers, with shipping costs and delivery times varying by destination and shown at checkout.

Please note: Australia Post or other carriers may require a signature upon delivery. If you request parcels to be left unattended, you accept the risk of loss or damage. Once delivered to your nominated address, we are not responsible for theft, loss, or damage.

If you will not be present to receive your parcel or feel your delivery address is unsafe for unattended parcels, we recommend using a work address. When providing a work address, please include building level and company name to avoid returned parcels.

In cases of incomplete or incorrect addresses, we may attempt redelivery, but additional shipping charges will apply.

Delivery Timeframes

All delivery times are estimates provided by Australia Post or other carriers. We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.

Damaged or Faulty Items

We carefully pack all orders to minimize the risk of damage during transit. If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please notify us within 7 days of receipt.

We will arrange for the return of the item and, at your choice, provide a replacement or a refund.

We will also reimburse reasonable postage costs for the return of faulty or damaged items.
