Our 30-day Calm Promise
Try the Snuggler on your dog. If it isn't right, send it back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Not right for your dog
- Return your Snuggler within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
- Worn is fine, as long as it isn't damaged. Please send it back with its bag.
- Calm Kit orders in Australia: we'll email you a free return label.
- Snuggler-only orders: return postage is paid by you. Please use a tracked service.
Wrong size
Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and your dog's chest measurement. Post the original back using a tracked service (Calm Kit orders in Australia get a free return label from us) and email us the tracking number. We'll send the right size at no charge.
The app and e-book
Access to the Calm Plan app and the Calm Is Learned e-book ends when a Calm Kit order is refunded.
Faulty or damaged products
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
If your order arrives faulty or damaged, email us with your order number and a photo. We will arrange a replacement or refund and cover reasonable return postage.
How to start a return
Email hello@blye.co with your order number and whether you'd like a refund or a size swap. We'll reply with return instructions (and your free label for Calm Kit orders in Australia). Refunds go back to your original payment method once your return arrives.
International orders
The 30-day Calm Promise applies to international orders, with these differences:
- Return postage is paid by you. Free return labels are for Australian orders only.
- Size swaps: you pay to post the original back and pay the postage for the new size. We don't charge for the new Snuggler itself.
- International shipping charges are not refunded.
- If your order arrives faulty or damaged, we cover reasonable return postage.
