Returns and Refunds

At Blye, we want you and your pet to be completely happy with your purchase. Please select your products carefully as we do not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind.

Faulty or Damaged Products

Where required under Australian Consumer Law, we will accept returns and provide an exchange or refund if:

  • The product is faulty or damaged upon arrival; and

  • You provide proof of purchase.

If you believe your product is faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at:

Please include your order number, details of the issue, and clear photos showing the damage or fault.

We will provide instructions for returning the item and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Return Shipping Costs

For faulty or damaged products, Blye will cover reasonable return shipping costs.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges only for faulty or damaged products. Exchanges due to incorrect sizing or consumer error are not accepted, but please contact us to discuss any concerns.

Inspection and Processing

Returned items will be inspected upon receipt to confirm the fault or damage.

We will notify you by email once your return has been approved or declined.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method as soon as possible.

International Returns

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or damaged.

We recommend using a prepaid, traceable service for returns.

Please note original shipping fees are non-refundable.
